  : We stayed in room 1 which is obviously a room that was previously an accessible room. There were many old holes in the walls of the bathroom where hand rails etc had presumably been and it had a motion sensor tap I.e. a tap that didnt have any hot and cold handles you just waved your hand in front of it to activate the water. This meant that there was only one temperature of water you could get from the tap and this was warm. We asked how we were supposed to brush our teeth and was told by the manager that it is fine for us to brush them with warm water. The best he could offer us was bottled water to brush our teeth with. When you are paying over 200 a night for a room you dont expect to have to brush your teeth with bottled water. We went out for the evening and when we returned someone had been into our room and made the water from the tap freezing cold. We asked how we were then supposed to wash! The second day we went up in the lift to the third floor to look at the view from the terrace. As the lift travelled past the second floor it jolted and stopped between floors. It stayed there for a few minutes and then travelled down to the basement. We got out immediately and went to reception to report what had happened. The lady in reception said it does that sometimes. We obviously didnt go in the lift again but it remained open for others to potentially get stuck in.
