  : The AC wasn't working we tried switching it on n off n still not. I was so tired n tried to sleep finally I decided I couldn't do this n changed to a different room. I had headache n thought I would just leave fridge stuff in there n take in the morning as no one would take that room . She said no as if they would sell the room to someone else... that was not fair at all

  : Room was recently renovated, high ceilings, TV good and channels good, quiet room. Satisfied.
  : Lighting was not bright enough to work at the desk (due to the high ceilings), could have provided a lamp on desk. And in order to plug in my electronics (phone, computer) at the desk, I had to move the TV cabinet away from the wall to access any outlet or surge protector strip. The layout needs to be worked on in the room for furniture. Also, the door accessing the entry by my unit was NOT lockable, anyone could enter from outside the building as the door never locked. And there was a lot of trash that had been thrown out of a middle building unit through their balcony onto the grass, so the grounds need to be better monitored. Please improve on removing the weeds in the landscaping. You would get more clientele and perhaps a better price? if it looked better kept. Also, please paint or replace the ceiling tiles in the lobby/breakfast area. No one likes to see leak marks on the ceiling because it looks dirty above them.

  : Needs a pool. And bathroom had a dirty tub and someone’s underwear in it once I checked on.
