  : Absolutely nothing! This was rated as a 3 - 4 star hotel when it was seriously a 1, if that, especially factoring in the $330 per/night price!
  : Un-informed staff. Lack of security. The patio door to the balcony didn't even have a lock or handle on it as the handle was completely missing. Nails and screws all over the parking lot. The room, especially the beds were pitiful at best. The hallways were full of construction debris. There were gates around the facility, but every gate was open all night long, leaving the facility very unsafe, especially considering the area this hotel was located in. This hotel is worse than most Hotel 6 facilities. $330 per night for this hotel was a complete rip off! Please do yourself a favor (especially if traveling with your family) and DO NOT BOOK this hotel as you will not be satisfied. I could go on and on about this experience, but I'll leave it at this!

  : This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at! It needs to be demolished its is so dirty on the property! Rooms dirty! Gross carpets my feet were black!

  : Staff is very kind, helpful, the breakfast is really good, not the same thing everyday.
  : I had a problem occurring was accounting issue & it was corrected in a week due to the holidays but otherwise I can't complain. Occasionally I could hear the traffic from the highway.

  : Other than the front desk clerk....absolutely nothing!
  : We tried 3 different rooms and each room was worse than the last...safety concerns...two rooms had no locks on the sliding doors with easy access to the room...the third one had no lock between the adjoining doors ...dogs barking...people hanging out all over the property looking like they were waiting on a drug deal! My husband who's never afraid of anything had safety concerns for us...we were there because I had a huge cervical surgery the following morning but we did not feel that we would have a safe restful and peaceful night!

  : The rep was very disrespectful he did not look at the reservation correctly and aurgued with me about my booking. Even when the other staff tried to correct him he still did not listen.

  : It was not clean! Found hair in our beds; they came and changed our linen to only find more body hair. The blankets were badly stained. The phone wasnt connected and no lighting in the dining part of the room.
