  : Everything was okay except very limited time when I could visit the spa (so I didn't visit it at all) and maid who woke me up by mistake at 8am (I haven't slept before so I wanted to sleep more that morning).

  : The greeting and departure from reception was professional. We were also escorted promptly and courteously to our comfortable room.
  : It was difficult to ascend to and descend from the top floor (there isn't a lift) and one of our party had a noticeable leg injury from our walk in the Altai mountains. What left us speechless was that we were threatened with violence by a guest in the hotel's restaurant who demanded that we speak in Russian. He threatened to "punch [the lady in our party] in the face" for knowing Russian but choosing to speak English, and of "serious consequences" if we continued. We sat in the restaurant barely talking the rest of the dinner, completely unsure what to do, and as though the negative and dangerous situation wasn't noticeable enough through the very quiet music playing in the restaurant, when we told a waiter about it he simply went away.

  : Very friendly and supportive staff! Building, furniture etc is quite new. Nice walking area next to the river.
  : SPA zone is not included in the price. Need to pay extra to get to sauna.Gym had bad conditioning.No ramps for disabled people. No lifts.Rooms are not well sound proved. Some contractions works were ongoing outside. Electricity was shutting down several times a day. Restaurant menu is quite limited (no burgers) and about two times more expensive compare to city Barnaul.

  : Food in restaurant was good.
  : Almost everything. We booked economy room and it was biggest mistake during our trip, despite on not "economy" price for the room, we found it too old. But the biggest problem was only one single window on the ceiling, that impossible to open. We tried to use Air Condition, but it was noisy as a helicopter. Second issue we faced in restaurant, the host added for us small table almost on the parking (amount of bill was higher then average), probably because we looked not too glamorous after Altay trip, and we can understand such situation in crowded restaurant, but there was 2 empty tables with normal placing at the same time. I don't recommend to stay in Zarechie.
