  : Good rooms with kitchen and all needed. Good swimming pool, amazing children zone, sauna. You can buy fresh bred and croissants at the reception desk.
  : The property is a bit old, we had leakage from the window and in the kitchen. Linen is clean and white but really saw many uses. Steam room is good, but the temperature is rather low. Additional sauna would be a plus especially when there are so many people.Breakfast looked too expensive

  : The swimming pool was exceptional and contributed most of giving the 'Fair' rating for the hotel. The room was clean and the location in its own grounds pleasant. The village was attractive.
  : Restaurant food was awful. Information was non-existent both from booking.com and the hotel. The kitchenette was moderately well equipped but no tea towels, sponges etc and not advised beforehand of the need to briong them nor dishwasher and nowhere to purchase any. There were no fire extinguishers or blankets in the room with cooking facilities. Hand towels and bathmat had to be asked for from the maids. Towels and bed linen were not changed in a four day stay. Reception was totally inefficient and closed at 8pm each evening. Over 200 bedrooms/apartments and the only telephone was near one of the exit doors. We had booked an upgrade for one of the apartments but were not given it. No bar nor guests lounge although drinks could be ordered with meals. No food available during the day and only soft drinks from a vending machine. Attempts to book spa facilities failed at reception and at the spa treatment building a 10 minute drive or twenty minute walk down a very steep path. The village of Bagnoles had no supermarket or store to buy food or other goods. Not able to communicate directly with the hotel prior to visit.

  : The staff was nice. Breakfast options were ok, altough 15 euro a bit expensive for little diversity.Free parking.Comfortable bed.
  : No room service.Old building with noise getting through walls easily from neighbors.No slippers in the room for the Spa.Dirty spa area with sand and dirty entering directly in the toilet area. Funny smell.
