  : Staff was nice and tried to be helpful and accommodating. The Hotel is located in the heart of the city, overlooking the City Hall and Town Square.
  : Generally, the hotel looks old, unkept and a little dirty. Breakfast is not available and there is no minibar or coffee machine in the room. Just an electric kettle and 2 teabags. The keycards do not work properly. The room was tidy buy not cleaned properly. The bathroom fan would turn on automatically along with the bathroom light and made a very loud rattling sound. There was no way to turn it off, even after closing the light. (The receptionist explined they had a power failure during the day and some of the electric appliances were affected.) The shower was old, broken, cracked, the knobs were falling off and water came squirting out of the pannels. Finally, the hotel entrance is equipped with sliding doors which did not work and would not automatically open. Visitors have to manually open and close the sliding doors.
