  : The staff was horrible, there was also a big problem with Communication, only one 2 employees spoke English and they were both VERY RUDE!! The room was disgusting, hairs and pee on the toilet, dirty sheets and hairs on the bed & pillows, I stayed there for a an enrire week and I didn't have my DND sign up and NOT ONCE did the housekeepers come and ask if I wanted service, I struggled to get towels and toilet paper for 3 days! Finally the date before I left I had to get the front desk guy to go get towels and sheets from the housekeepers because they couldnt understand what I was asking for, I turned in all my sheets and towels the day before at like 1pm & was told they'd bring me new ones within the hour and didn't get them until after 3pm!!! They had the audacity to charge me $50 for "dirty towels" and the only reason their floor mats were dirty was because they got wet on their NASTY DISGUSTING bathroom that looked like it should be out of an SAWII movie!!! Horrible place!! Do not stay here!!
