  : We are definitely not satisfied with our stay. This hotel is NOT a 3 star hotel. The room was tiny and hard to move around. It had a smell and big stains on the wall. We asked in advance of our stay to cancel the second day and we were declined We left a day early and we were charged in full for the room! Not happy! Thats not how you treat your guests. We should be reimbursed at least partially for the unused day.

  : The breakfast was fine. The staff there answered the questions though their responses were not of much use. e.g asked about restaurants nearby - we were pointed in a general direction; reminded that we wanted the rooms together- we were told that as there was a pet, one room would be near the parking and the other happened to be on the first floor that had an entry from a different side of the block; asked if we could have a better internet connection in the rooms- the receptionist simply pointed that yes she was aware and it's better to come to the lobby to use it....
  : There were very few things to like. The room size was so small that we couldn't move around the bed- one at a time. The toilet rooms were missing - no phone to inform the reception so had to go over to ask for toilet rolls. The washbasin pipe connection was messy. The soaps were tiny and dissolved quickly with successive washes. Not much space to put our bags and with the dog it became quite frustrating. The main door couldn't be opened fully as it hit the bed. So the coming and going from the room was a challenge. The price was at its summer high so it certainly wasn't worth the money. For a claustrophobic person it would be close to dying.

  : Rooms were reasonably clean and beds were comfortable.
  : Staff were not very helpful. Had requested an early check in when booking the room but that was not facilitated. Luggage was allowed to be left but in an open conference room, didn't seem very secure. Asked about calling a taxi and was told they didn't have any numbers for local operators. Location in the industrial area so more suited to business travel perhaps.

  : There was no bar fridge in the rooms. The rooms were small.
