  : While the price was great ,the value of the room was a little sad. Lights didnt work In room except for bathroom light. The outlet on one side of the top Didnt work so the lights wouldnt work cuz of that as well or if I needed to charge my phone I couldnt luckily I had a power bank

  : Location is a block from the beach. Only good thing about the place.
  : Husband and I stayed at this hotel ALL summer. From Memorial Day, through the whole summer & past Labor Day weekend. We checked out today. Our reason for leaving is the treatment I received from a front desk employee. I have Never been screamed at & spoken to so terribly by anyone in such a disrespectful way, especially at a business, in my whole life. Booking.com had upgraded my account to Genius level 3, which gives me a discount of about 20% off the total price. I was awoken by a knock , more like a banging, around noon, after working all night. I also payed the night before on booking.com so I could sleep in & catch up on some much needed sleep. The front desk worker told me I had to pay more $ for that day ( the day I already payed for the night before) or I would have to check out now and come back at 4?????? I stayed there ALL summer and never had to do that, never once. I didnt understand why this was happening so I called my husband and asked him to come down to office. My husband knew something wasnt making sense , and from that point on this front desk guy got so loud and was screaming at my hubby so loud, I was genuinely crying. I couldnt understand why front desk guy was so angry. But his tone, his demeanor, the way he knocked on our door like a policeman, & the fact that he was charging me extra for NO reason disturbed me so much I would Never stay there again, & never embarrass myself by recommending that place for fear the person might have to deal with the front desk guy who screams at the top of his lungs at guests. When I calculated how much $ we gave them over the summer and how we were treated at the end, I puked. I finally realized we were getting taken advantage of, price wise and a million other ways. Because when the boss came he denied even asking me for more $$.
