: The staff was excellent. Donna at the front desk was fantastic and really made a difference in our stay.
: I am extremely disappointed that I was charged for parking. Why would any business that has available parking charge their guests to park. What are you supposed to do with your vehicle. Because of this it is extremely unlikely I will stay with you again, unless I walk to Atlanta.

: Our room was clean, stylish and spacious. The hotel is in good location, and we enjoyed the bar downstairs. Didnt get a chance to eat at the restaurant, but looks very classy and clean, with a fine dining appeal.
: I would give a higher rating, however were dissatisfied in the way the room was separated from the bathroom by a barn-style slider that left a large of gap between the door and the wall, a privacy and acoustics challenge. Also my wife left behind her dress her aunt gifted to her, and was very special to her. Well she only realized when we unpacked 12 hours later that it was left behind. So she called the hotel, and they said nothing was turned or found. We understand it was her fault it was left behind, but on the hotel website it says they hold items for 90 days! It was definitely in our room #300 on the barn bathroom door. I dont know if they talked to the maids who did that room, or just looked in lost and found and brushed it off. I guess I just hoped for a little more effort. Otherwise, everything was great.
