  : The proximity to certain locations such as the Swiss Embassy and some theaters and art museums was nice. It made walking easy. The major attractions and shopping still need to be driven to. Staff was friendly and accommodating onsite. Unfortunately the assistance and offered resolutions stopped as soon as we checked out.
  : Very noisy (active construction onsite/next door, between multiple student groups, some sort of party group on our last night, and a bad refrigerator compressor in our unit) at pretty much all hours. The accommodations offered (moving us) would not have resolved the noise issues due to the available rooms being either directly next to construction or the noisy rooms. They put in a maintenance request for our refrigerator but no one ever came by to fix it. The furniture in the room was a bit outdated and worn but the amenities were nice. There was no microwave but there was a small stove, kitchen sink, and full size refrigerator.The staff was friendly and accommodating and offered to reimburse the stay via points and that we would be contacted by the manager due to all our issues. Unfortunately since we checked out we have not been contacted by anyone and have received no point reimbursement. The staff (5 star) would be the only reason id rate this stay above a 2 star experience and I must say I am a bit disappointed and surprised at the lack of response.

  : Location is fairly central. Breakfast was only fair, and less than I would have expected for this class of property.

  : Location, Value for money, washing and drying facilities. Also, staff at Reception and Mr Mike (I think) was si kind. He got me change for washer and dryer from his car.

  : Location in midtown was good. Breakfast had many options and was clean
  : First room had no working ac. Moved to a second room that was much better. The shower had no cold option. The coldest setting in the sink and shower was about 130F. Could not take a shower as it was scalding hot. Front desk support and knowledge of the area were minimal, and most of the time, the front desk was unattended. You are on your own for the most part. Elevators were both expired for 6 months, told the front desk. You could only get ice from the front desk. Make sure you bring a container. Pullout couch was unsleepable, mattress was very worn and thin. And parking was 37 per day for guests. Next door, the parking garage is 10 per night on weekends if you want to save a few bucks
