  : I was in the Bruni room, very comfortable and spacious. The only drawback was the bathroom, poor lighting made it very hard to shave in the morning, even with the mirror light which wasn’t very strong, a light above the mirror would be more suitable

  : The room was great nice and airy considering the very hot weather. Bed was comfortable. Overall really pleased. The lady looking after everything Sophie (I think) was absolutely brilliant, she couldn't do enough for us and made our stay even more perfect
  : I think the showers is in need of a little upgrade, took a while to get the hot water going and the bath was quite bouncy underfoot.

  : Attitude of some staff. En suite doors did not shut/ lock properly in either room we were given. Some low beams in premises which were not identified causing cuts to head. Told by staff notices taken down because people still hit head. Dead moth in cobweb in window, inside room. Mould in en suite

  : breakfast was good, bed was comfortable
  : Shower had only one temperature - scalding! Complained to the manager. Had to cross the landing in a towel to shower in another room which was occupied by a member of our party. Their shower did work but kept going from warm to freezing. Had to use it because we were going to a wedding. Could not shower in the morning after only to be told at reception that someone had fixed it but we were not informed until we were checking out. Hardly any room between end of bed and bathroom. Bath trim and tiles looked a bit stained.
