  : It was clean and tidy, WiFi was good.
  : We were there at 2pm couldn’t get into hotel, had to phone, got a call back at 3pm saying we could go in, lady didn’t know what she was doing, had to keep phoning someone, didn’t get any information about hotel, after that didn’t see anyone though out our stay. There’s a bath but no plug, no tv in room, no extras like shampoo shower gel etc, only a soap dispenser, there’s a safe but no code, it was closed, no combination, no one there to check out, so we left the key on side table.

  : Friendly helpful staffPerfect position in centre of town Roof terrace has spectacular views and is a lovely space to hang out as are the communal areas on each floor.Its nice to be in a quirky old building rather than a soulless modern hotel and the rooms themselves have everything you needGreat value for moneyWe would stay here again
  : We had room 2...an odd layout with bathroom along a( private) corridor...not really a problem but worth knowing as the only window was from the corridor onto the inner courtyard. Be aware you have to park about 5 mins walk away but can pull in near hotel to offload luggage

  : This big historic room had a big bathroom with a huge bathtub. Everything comfortable and beautiful.Nice receptionist lady.
  : Our room was some special historic room so our experience is probably very different from other rooms.There were locked doors that lead directly to other room so we could hear everything that was going on there. :-(Don't take breakfast from the hotel - the waitress is not very nice and barely speaks English. There are restaurants with good breakfast nearby.

  : The hotel is in a very convenient location in the centre of town - nonetheless it is very quiet. The building has a fascinating, historical feel. Connie the owner is very friendly and helpful. The beds were firm but not hard, allowing for a good night’s sleep. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars within a five minute walk.
  : My room was at the top of three flights of stairs, so this was a little bit challenging, especially with the suitcase. No parking nearby, Connie advised me to park in the (free) car park behind Sant Salvador castle - a 7 or 8 minute walk, which was ok. The room was a little bit Spartan, with whitewashed walls and no frills. Air conditioning wasn’t particularly strong. No wifi in the room, so I had to go down the stairs to get online in the lobby.

  : Helpful, friendly, everything I'd been led to believe.
  : Minor fault. (Very minor) Water power to bath was poor, but the shower worked fine. So not a real problem, but they might want to look at it.
