  : 1.Inaccurate website description of the property: The house had 2 sets of steep stairs with large gaps in between the stairs. The website did not show any pictures of stairs. I cannot carry luggage and children up steep stairs with my back condition. The other room was downstairs so no solution could be made to the sleeping conditions. The hot tub was empty and had a horrible stench even though it was pictured on the website looking full and clean. The patio/deck was a major safety concern. Its fence would not hold back a crawling infant who could fall to his death. This deck was not noted on the website.2. CLEANLINESS: Upon arrival, there was a bad stench emanating from throughout the house. There was a thick layer of dust on all pieces of furniture including the bed frame upstairs. The mattress itself was very sunken and very uncomfortable. I was able to even write on the thick layers of dust on the furniture pieces. The carpets were not vacuumed; the vacuum itself was completely covered in dust. The dryer had clumps of lint laying on top of the dryer as if someone used it and left a mess for us to clean up. The awkward sticking-out pieces of wood/decor on the kitchen table had cobwebs that led to a huge web covering all the decorations on the top of the cabinet. The screen door that led to the patio/deck area was broken and off its track, and if we wanted to keep the sliding door open, we couldn't because the screen door was broken, leading to flies, insects, mosquitoes entering the house. The barbecue was covered in grime and dirt- completely unsuitable to use. The property overall was unkempt and no towels were present in the bathrooms. The masterbedroom t.v. did not work. The bedsheets had yellow stains and dark hair on them - definitely not clean and no duvet cover was there, like almost every Airbnb or motel even has.3. Safety - The light fixture for the stairs was not working. 12ft. drop from patio deck.
