  : Service was terrible!!!!Called a few days in advance to add a night to our trip. Hotel worker told me he couldn't book another night for me, that I would have to go through booking.com. Fine...so I did. When I checked in, I told person at counter that I had reservation for 2nd night and assuming we can just stay in same room. He said yeah, you are all taken care of. Then, while in line for football game, I received call from your motel that we forgot to check out. I told him I had reservation for 2nd night also that I already paid for. He put me on hold to confirm. Yes, he said sorry I see that you do. When we got back to motel and tried to get in room, our keys no longer worked. Went to front counter and he said I had to check in again for second night. I reminded him of our conversation when I first checked in and he said " this is just the way we have to do this". It was very inconvenient!!⁸

  : Cracked toilet seat. Flusher on toilet falling off. Tub did not drain. Room was not stocked appropriately. No washcloths.
