  : The staff were wonderful and really made our stay fantastic! The pool was gorgeous and had beautiful views, you could also go into the sea. They had everything from snorkeling to a spa to shops inside. The meal options were varied and tasty as well. We liked our room and they provided us with whatever we asked whether it was robes or extra of anything. It's located within walking distance of Old Town which was nice to explore on occasion.
  : I didn't like that the all inclusive meals were not extended to room service. Additionally, the taste of the drinks varied based on who was making them so some of my cocktails were good and others were not.

  : The gym has great equipment. The hotel is beautiful as well as the pools and ocean areal.
  : The room service was atrocious. I shouldn't get my money back, I should get extra for having to eat this trash. Also the drinks at the bar at night were basically water. I paid 32 euros for 2 meals and 2 cocktails. They bought the stuff for 2 euro at the supermarket. Honestly the worst food I've ever had, I'm dead serious.The concierge was a rude person, I would love to use very very different words to describe him. He went into our clean room with shoes on. He hastily and aggressively gestured how to use the lights and doors (as if we're children). When he didn't receive a tip he cursed in Turkish and slammed the door shut. 5 star treatment in turkey I guess.The worst experience was planning a day trip at the hotel. We hired a private driver who drove us to Side. Since we were really damn tired of all the taxi drivers ALWAYS talking to us the WHOLE ride (I'm sorry that I would rather chat with my wife?), so we specifically instructed the manager to tell the driver not to small talk with us. Especially since the ride was 2 hours.On the way there he shut up most of the time. When I withdrew money, he started flirting with my wife, but stopped when I returned. On the way back he started watching a soccer game on his phone on full volume WHILE HE WAS DRIVING. I think he was trying to die? We had to tell him to stop, another Turkish 5 star experience I guess.He then asked us if we wanted to go to a waterfall for another 400 lira. We asked them not to talk to us and he wouldnt shut up!!!We asked him to drop us off at a restaurant, which he disagreed with because he insisted on brining us to a place owned by his friend. After arguing for 20 minutes he drove us to the place we wanted to. After brining us there he wanted 809 liras which he never clarified we'd have to pay. We didn't pay and left the car, he got out of the car and wanted to fight us. The staff at the restaurant had to restrain him.

  : Room was advertised with 2 beds, but it only had one with an extra bed added which took up space and used up the seating area. Towels were threadbare in the room and at the pool. Bed had a very small, thin cover that was useless. Food on offer was interesting, but not in a good way. Room was noisy with poor soundproofing.
