  : Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Manager offered us free taxi to aquarium as a compensation for troubles with room that got unavailable.
  : When we arrived at later evening, it appeared that our room is not available, and hotel manager suggested to stay in another room in nearby hotel. It was late, our son was tired, so we didn't have a chance to find another accommodation, also we didn't get any support from booking.com in this situation. New room in another hotel was smaller and definitely not what we paid for. Next day we were moved to the room that we've booked, but we lost a lot of time. This room was not clean, there was also an issue with missing cold water. We stayed for 2 nights, and for the first day there was very poor breakfast - only an omlette and small set of vegetables. The second day it was better, but rather just ok than good. Plates at the breakfast were dirty, when we pointed this to the staff, they just put them back in the stack of dishes.

  : Close to the busy road so quite loud even at night, my room had some water damage on the wall, 2-1 shampoo/ shower gel, breakfast was not bad but quite average
