  : The hotel is in a very good spot of Konyaalti beach area, close to the sea side and public beach. lots of restaurants cafes, etc around. the area is tourist friendly and easy to navigate. ab 10 mins walk there is a Migros, and some smaller supermarkets close by. we had a 2 BR apart with a nice big terrace overlooking the park, it was quite at night. The hotel also has a little pool on the ground floor which the children enjoyed. There is no lift, but the reception helped us with suitcases up and down the stairs, thank you!
  : The room is very basic and a little "tired". A lick of paint here and there and some attention to details (eg kitchen paper towels, proper screwdriver, some sugar, salt and pepper in the room, some ice in the freezer, some hooks for towels in the kitchen etc) would be really useful. the bathroom is tiny! we only stayed 2 nights so none of the above really affected our stay

  : The location, because everything was near. Nice park with playgrounds, beach with promenade, shops, restaurants. Breakfast at Shakespeare restaurant was delicious. Good and quiet air conditioning. Staff was friendly.
  : The apartment on the 4th floor would need some repairs and better care. The sun blinds on the terrace were destroyed, the door to terrace from living room was broken, bathroom needs renovation due to high moisture and missing ventilation. Dirt under the sofa.

  : 1. The location is great if you want to stay close to the beach. 2. There are a couple of restaurants around as well. Overall a well connected area, as there is a taxi stand nearby, as well as some public transport options 3. The territory is small but very nice. 4. The staff were always polite. 5. Big fridge, working washing machine and dishwasher
  : 1. The rooms are very outdated, many things are worn out/broken, the bathroom started to go moldy in some spots. Towels are in questionable condition. 2. Nothing is provided in the apartment, no cleaning supplies, detergents for the washing machine and the dishwasher, no basic cooking supplies. Toilet paper has to be requested at the reception regularly. The only pan was so damaged that it could hardly be used. 3. Everyday it was quite loud until 12am-2am as there is a restaurant/bar next door + parties in the area on the weekend. Not sound proof at all unfortunately.
