  : Staff were very friendly and polite, location was brilliant, wifi worked without any problems and view from the hotel was great. Size of the room was great too.
  : The room wasn't as clean as expected, bit dusty and needed bit more deep cleaning, however the room in general was comfy. Pillowcases had shoe footprints on them and bathtowel had a hole. Electricity went off around midnight, was reported to the reception and was never fixed till we moved out despite us being told it is going to be fixed in the morning. The hotel is generally nice and it's in good location with nice staff taking care of you but it's a big pity for the electricity and cleanliness part as those can be easily fixed. We hope the hotel can get that improved as it has great potential.

  : The tea which had run out had not been replaced the following day.The mattress in my room was a bit hard.

  : location was excellent. Tram stop directly at the door. Great restaurants and bars on the door step. Felt safe at night walking around Rembrandt square and there was always lots of people watching to be done. An active and vibrant place to stay, close to everything but didn't notice noise from the street in the evenings when sleeping.
  : receptions didn't give a feel of a hotel, it was more hostel. The rooms did not have enough light for the evenings. There was no centre room or down lights so it was very difficult to see in the evenings.
