  : Esther was the lady that manages the reception and she was brilliant. We arrived quite early and with 3 cats. Esther was very empathetic and helped us out with a wonderful room and very thoughtful about our pets too. We were staying for a slightly longer period and we appreciated all her help as we were new to the city. The property is well kept, with really nice porches around the houses. The location was decent, bus stop right outside and the tram station was a 5 minute walk. The Sloten windmill was very closeby.

  : We requested a quiet location and we were given a unit which - with the exception of the church bells - met our needs. We also appreciated the large windows and private outlook. The thick large bath towels in a generous bathroom and the furnishings. The Sloten village is quite lovely and the walk to the tram stop was enjoyable.
  : Having had email confirming there was a washing machine "in the apartment" we found it was a shared laundry in an unfinished room and required payment (we did receive one token). The microwave didn't work but was replaced. We were told that a pre-authorisation for the bond would be taken but we were actually charged so the refund was less than we had paid. The booklet was very confronting as was the final inspection and we were shocked to read that the property reserved the right to show people through the apartment during business hours without our consent or knowledge although we were told this has never been done.
