  : The location was fab, hence why we would come back. also had a balcony and two sinks
  : We met one of the owners (english lady) who was very very lovely. However, on our last night we came home earlier at 11pm, as we had to leave at 6am for our flight home. We were all in bed just on tik tok at around midnight, not chatting. And some man was banging on our door. It terrified us. He came in and said. NO NOISE. NO NOISE. YOU ARE BEING TOO LOUD. he started screaming at us. He said he was below us and could hear everything and that we had to be completely silent. However, the night before we weren’t able to sleep around 2am due to people being noisy behind us, and we tried to explain this to him. but he said. NO IM BELOW YOU. IF I COME UP ONE MORE TIME YOU GO. we were all quite in shock as we had never been spoken to like this before. apart from that we had to wait outside for 20mins as no one was there to check us in or open the door. even after calling the phone twice.

  : The property is well situated. Everything else is a nightmare.
  : It was dirty, moldy, the private bathroom is not private at all (you pay extra but everyone can access it cause there is like no security just a simple door that can be open by everyone and trust me they do), when you try to talk to the staff they rudely tell you that there is nothing wrong even after you take them to the room show them the proves. They just look at you and say you are free to go somewhere else but you will not be reimburse and then they leave. By the way, same thing applies to booking.com who received proves (pictures…) and did nothing. They even called me a scammer (I didn’t ask for any compensation) even though I’ve booked many hotels with them for the past 10 years and this was my first ever complain. And if you read the comments you’ll see that it’s not the first complain they ever received about this place. Oh and the reason why I complained is due to heath issues (asthma) and the mold in the bedroom is actually dangerous for me. But no one cared. The double bed is actually two singles put together and yes you’ll fall between the mattresses. The furnitures were broken (the coach had a broken foot and wasn’t usable), the hallway smells like public bathroom. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. seriously run the other way.
