  : THERE WAS TO MANY HOMELESS PEOPLE AND DRUGS SEEN A LOT OF USED NIDDLES JUST LAYING AROUND THE PARKING LOT I FEEL LIKE THE HOTEL COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER INSIDE AND OUT THANKS

  : No water, a fire alarm going off at 2am, loud people in the hall, no transparency about the situation. THIS WAS BAD.

  : Overall marketing shows another Hotel Place.Place lacks even toilet paper. I asked front desk and they were out of it.How can that happens ?I just can't stay in places like that anymore. Why they don't go bankrupt and just do other business?101 of Hospitality is missing in all the places I ve had to stay.I can't trust these third world culture people anymore.Anybody that grew up in the States will have Toilet Paper for the guest.Sorry. Only people without culture will occupy your business. I can't even call it Motel or Hotel.No wander, they trashed your rooms. And you all asked for a deposit. Now I see why.

  : Listing says there would be breakfast, I didnt expect it to consist of only 2 granola bars (literally thats all that was out there) & coffee (the canister was empty from 8:15 until we check out) so there was no opportunity to even get coffee. Room & all facilities smelled of cigarettes & all in all the room just didnt seem clean, decent, but not clean.

  : As I was checking in the guy at the front desk said the card did not go through. I called my office for a new card and the online cc authorization form was not working, we tried explaining this to him and He rudely kept talking over us as if we were idiots. He then cancelled our reservation and kicked us out of the lobby. All because I asked him to let me talk and explain that the extended stay website was not working and that I just need him to email the CC authorization form so we could fill it out and resolve the issue. I have stayed at a lot of extended stays but this was by far the worst experience.

  : Nothing. This was the worst location that we have ever stayed at. The older male that checked us in was extremely rude and gave us a "Completely unclean room." Every inch of the room was used and dirty, including the bedding, towels, kitchen, and floors. It was a nightmare! It also, felt very unsafe. Multiple men walking around in at night and in the parking lot. We complained and part of our money was returned a few days later, because it was so bad. Luckily, Olivia, another employee that came on shift, the following morning, gave us clean linen, but it could not make up for the horror we suffered all night.
  : Be careful because this "Extended Stay," has two locations in the area. The one we stayed at is the "Landmark Alexandria" location. It is not the "Eisenhower Alexandria" location. It felt so unsafe that we would caution all to look around your surroundings before entering and exiting your vehicle. The older male manager acted as though he didn't care about "Quality customer service.". He had an extremely nasty attitude when we checked in and it was like that his entire shift. We did not fill safe with him at the desk. It's like this company didn't care who was running the " Night" shift. I would not waste my money coming to this location. Also, the "Heater" in the unit was not working, there are "Absolutely" no pots, pans, or utensils to use in the kitchenette. Crazy!
