  : 3rd time we returned to the hotel. The hotel is great for family and enjoy the pools
  : our booking was for an inside view for the turbines and galley noise. The booking refers to "surrounding view" on the time of the check in we asked not to be there, we got told that the rooms was not like that. We got there and was terrible as we were traveling with our baby and we were in need of some quiet time in the bedroom for him to be able to sleep. We requested a different room, and after a few hours we got moved to a more noisy room. After we requested help and to be moved the only way was for us to upgrade our stay. This turned out to be very stressful for us and a terrible star of a vacations. After we upgraded our stay, the room was great and quiet. But the curtains on the room were dirty with several white stains, the bed was made with small sheets that once we lay down they will jump out and expose the mattress. We spoke with the manager on duty and he did nothing to this. They do not care for their guests. They are only focussed on the mass and groups. This hotel lacks on so many thing that we do not understand how can it be considered a 5* hotel. The only way for this ti be rated that way is the building itself. They also use an automated WhatsApp message system and once i rated the experience got notified that shortly I would be contacted. Till now no one contacted me. Another way of pretending to be great but in reality is just the cover. Management of the front office hotel is supper poor. The staff laugh at us and no-one cared to help.

  : Food was actually very good for a resort of this size, walk to the beach in around 10 minutes, rooms were fine and clean as well.
  : Don't get me wrong, the hotel was great, the food was actually very good and all the amenities, you'd fancy in your holidays were there. That all was unfortunately for nothing as the staff was the very very worst. Starting with the reception, where the ladies were either enormously arrogant or didn't speak English properly (!) and were no proper explanation of the hotel, the way to the beach and so on was given, to the staff in the main restaurant that made it constantly clear that it didn't want to be nor work there (smashing dishes and cutlery on their service wagon, not providing any sort of service, not fixing either one of the three broken coffee machines that needed to be emptied but sorting napkins into papers that were put on the tables later, and so on) and of course, no "good morning" and anything like a smile to the guests - nothing. We felt really bad every single time we were in contact with either the reception, were eating in the restaurants or accessed the spa (which was basically a rip off as they were offering an aroma therapy massage but provided a normal one, facial treatment was not as promised) or we met a housekeeping staff person in the hallways - there was never, and I sadly mean never at all, a "good morning" or a "how are you today?" or anything else you'd imagine to receive as a guest in a wannabe 5-star resort.

  : Bar I. Lobby, dried out water feature, noisy generator, run down decode in spare, sink didnt drain properly, shower changed temperature on own one minute hot and next cold. Lifts were inefficient , floors often wet and slippery. Lighting in hallway and toilets was poor

  : I think the dinner was mostly catered to locals, although it was still nice and good selection. The hotel was 99% portugese, some were nice and said hello etc but most didnt interact in anyway
