  : Nice and close to everything. We had an issue with a key and they were very prompt to fix it.
  : The guy who checked us in had a terrible attitude, we had run a few hundred metres in a flash downpour and he didnt even look up to ask if we had a reservation, just seemed annoyed that we would dare come in while raining. Bed bugs! We were upgraded to a 5 person capacity Trullo (very kind) but unfortunately it had bed bugs in the upstairs room. ended up having to share a bed downstairs.

  : Breakfast was fine, however, the team wasnt very well organized. Food not ready when customers came.

  : Check-in was fine, youing man very pleasant and helpful, gave us a map of Alberobello, escorted us to the Trullo. House was nice, a good size, and well finished and modernised inside. Good size bedroom, plenty of storage, modern bathroom with good shower. Free parking just on edge of village for Trullo renters was great.
  : The main complaint was the total lack of drink-making or cooking facilities. There wasn't even a kettle. It would have been greatly improved by having tea and coffee making facilities, and even better if it had had a kitchenette. There was plenty of space for this to be provided. Without this, it meant we had to walk to some cafe in village centre and pay 4 Euros for a cup of hot water and a teabag. One other thing was nowhere to sit outside on a hot day. Front door was right on street, and no garden or courtyard elsewhere.

  : It was clean and quite. The location is ok. There is garden furniture in the backyard. Tha bathroom (except for the pipes noises) is comfy, clean and big.
  : Just in front of the trullo there were workers and a tractor performing repair work of the road. Actually we expected to spend the night in a tipical trullo, but it didn't quite meet our expectations.We spend a whole week in 5 more other places around Puglia and everywhere we had coffee available in the rooms we'd spent the nights. Only this property didn't offer coffee. Also there weren't proper glasses for wine, only water glasses and coffee cups but there wasn't coffee. The pipes in the bathroom were very very noisy. It wasn't very nice to here them all the time. And one more thing that we needed, but there wasn't - the only way we could charge our phones was to unplug the fridge, as there was only one socket in the whole room.
