  : Location itself was nice as it was close to where we needed to be but, not in a great neighborhood apparently.
  : Let's start with beds... They are horrible. I booked a room with two queens and received a tiny room with two full beds. When asked about this I was informed that this hotel actually DOESN'T have any queen beds in any rooms except single bed rooms. Two queen beds will not fit into a two bed room. As it is both full beds are against the wall so whoever gets stuck sleeping against the wall has a very difficult time getting out of bed. The beds are hard! The metal platform is noisy and just an overall less than ideal situation.No blankets included. The beds had no blankets. It had sheets and a cover sheet. The decorative cover you see in the pictures is no thicker than a sheet. We had to go ask for blankets and we were told we would have to wait until evening to pick them up and they didn't have any available but they would wash some for us. We did have to go back down to the office to pick them up in the evening. I question if the blankets were actually washed as one of them had something green and sticky on it that was covered in hair that was stuck to the sticky part. We didn't use that one.Water... Don't count on hot water. The water problem is well known to staff and owners but they do not want to shut down the hotel to fix the water issue... Per staff and management. Out of 4 days I managed to get a pool water warm shower once and the rest were cold. My husband was lucky and got a 2 minute hot water shower before the hot water ran out. Water in the sink is always warm. Pipes in the walls clink all night long.Coffee... We managed to get coffee for our room for 3 days but only two packets per day. Our last day the hotel actually ran out of coffee including coffee in the lobby so we had to go to the gas station for coffee. Not the end of the world but for us, it's just nice to get up and have a cup of coffee.Cleanliness... Not too bad until you look. The toilet still had uncleaned urine on the toilet and down the front.
