  : Great stay, thank you. The view, the bicycles, the kindness of some of the personal, the overall quality of the hotel even during a low peak season.
  : Breakfast was ok but I am sure quality of the breakfast could be improved versus the price paid.

  : The beach front was excellent very clean . Very safe to swim even for children. The reception staff and housekeeping lady was excellent very friendly and helpful.
  : We have been booking our hotel rooms with booking.com for many years now. This time we were very disappointed specially taking a risk going to Itali during COVID-19 period. You should never sell proposed this room for any one .. better tel there is no availability so we could look somewhere else. We had the smallest dark room you could ever find over looking dirty roof and parking. There is no word to explain how disappointed we were. Luckily last 2 nights we could upgraded . There was many information missed leading about the hotel facility.......at least twice a year you should send some one for hotel inspection .

  : The first night I had a noisy room but the staff quickly found me a nice, beautiful quiet room. They did so respectfully and courteously. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was lovely and in a beautiful setting. Lunch and dinner also. They have a full bar on the beach walk. An outdoor patio which serves food by the sand and a gelateria (ice cream store) also right on the beach walk below the hotel. Everything is within walking distance. Guests and staff are friendly. Almost like family

  : The sound of the waves in the balcony was incredible. The hotel was right on the beach. An easy walk to the center.

Disappointing

  : Ok breakfast (not amazing), private beach
  : The staff wasnt just unfriendly, they were actually quite rude. We came for a weekend, were informed upon arrival that we had to stay 2 nights in 2 different rooms. I expressed my concern and mentioned we were there just for 2 nights and it wasnt convenient. Got in return something like take it or leave it, its normal. 0 customer service, not even an attempt. Next morning we talked to another receptionist and managed to keep our room finally. On Sunday we were informed we couldnt use private beach because services end by the time you check out. We came during high season, I understand hotels are busy, but there no reasonable explanation to treat customers in a disrespectful way. Alassio is a nice place, plenty of pretty hotels, I would recommend to stay away from this one!

  : Just to mention: We saw also Economy room which is very small, darker, no seaview. Anyway we were 100%satisfied and would come back anytime

  : The Regina hotel is a small hotel with a bit of grandeur and nice rooms but has far more potential.
  : The Regina hotel is a small hotel with a bit of grandeur but unfortunately it has been extended with several new parts that do not match the rest of the hotel. Instead of a nice terrace an extension has been build which contains the restaurant. It would match the hotel better if the restaurant was inside the actual building with a nice open terrace. Personally I think less is better in this case. Although the rooms are small, they are comfortable and nice, unfortunately all curtains were closed when I arrived, making it feel unwelcome. It is a nice hotel but due to all the extensions to hotel and on the beach it feels crowded even without a lot of guests.

  : Very helpful staff, next to a private beach. Allowed to stay longer than usual. In the morning we could stay longer on the beach by the sea.
  : Too little parking. I booked a room with a balcony, but we got it without it. And the price remained the same.
