  : Starting with the staff, theyre kind and helpful. As for the location its directly on the port so you can enjoy the pool and the sea within few seconds Rooms are big enough to rest and clean enough to enjoy your vacation

  : I recently stayed at this hotel for five days, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. There were several issues that need improvement:1. The breakfast buffet lacked variety, with a consistent absence of warm dishes. It was disappointing to see additional charges for items like Cappuccino or omelets throughout my stay, and the lack of variety made each morning feel monotonous.2. Communication was a significant challenge as the personnel were not proficient in English, which made interactions and problem-solving difficult.3. The absence of an iron in the rooms was an inconvenience. Despite requesting it twice, the hotel failed to provide one.4. Perhaps the most bizarre issue was the cold Jacuzzi. I've never encountered such an oddity in any hotel before.5. The unprofessional behavior of the staff was disheartening. A simple greeting at the reception should be a basic courtesy, but it was conspicuously absent.6. The gym's low-quality equipment, including a malfunctioning treadmill and non-functional machines, was disappointing and limited my ability to maintain my fitness routine during my stay.7. The response from the receptionist, who claimed to have informed the owner of the issues and laughed off our concerns on the first day, was extremely unprofessional. On the first day of my stay, I explained the numerous problems, and their response was to suggest that we could check out earlier, with refund for the remaining days. However, this left us without any viable alternative accommodation, as all the nearby hotels were fully booked.8. It's important to note that this hotel, while clean and visually appealing, falls far below the standards one might expect from a top-ranked establishment. It's a very typical 3-star hotel. I believe the current rating on booking.com may not accurately reflect its current state.
